This is a non-denominational Missio Africanus initiative that equips second- and third-generation African immigrant Christians in Britain for missional effectiveness in their generation and contexts.
We have spoken to numerous younger generation African immigrant Christians, and the one thing they ask for is mentorship. We are convinced that the only way to sustain Africa’s missional impact in Europe is through the work of spiritually anointed, contextually relevant and culturally aware second-generation immigrant ministers.
The Forum provides younger African immigrants with two things:
1. Relational mentoring and coaching networks with older ministers and leaders who help more as big brothers and sisters rather than spiritual fathers and mothers.
2. A networking platform at our Younger Ministers’ Conference for peer mentoring and mutually enriching/edifying conversations exploring ministry issues among young Africans in the Diaspora.
